Indulge your creativity with this one-day Watercolor workshop! Join instructor Richard Denzer for this 6-hour class from 10AM to 4PM. The class will begin with a basic discussion of materials and techniques, followed by a simple watercolor painting demonstration. Students may paint along, referring the same image, or may work from their own photo. Individual instruction and coaching will be provided. Throughout the process, numerous topics will be discussed in further detail (such as composition, values, various wash options, contrast, textures and the choice of supplies). While various painting approaches are reviewed, the instructor tends to specialize in tightly rendered, realistic work.
All levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome. Students must bring their own materials, as well as their own lunch/beverages/snacks.
