The Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) is perfect for special occasions such as weddings, graduations, showers, corporate meeting, bat/bah mitzvahs, retreats, conferences, and special events.

FIND A SPACE at the HCA

Delbridge Family Performance Space*
(3600 sq/ft. Seated event capacity | 150 people)

Weekday (Mon–Thur) $250/hr.
Two (2) hour minimum rental.

Weekend (Fri–Sun) $2500 flat fee for six (6) hour rental. Each additional hour is $50/hr.

* Add The Lotvin Family Gallery or Outdoor Amphitheater/Garden space to the rental of The Delbridge Performance Space for an additional $30 an hour.

Barn Loft
(1800 sq/ft. Seated event capacity | 70 people)
Hourly rate applies to pre-event and post-event time in the space

Weekday (Mon–Thur) $75/hr.
Two (2) hour minimum rental.

Weekend (Fri–Sun) $150/hr.
Two (2) hour minimum rental.

The Lotvin Family Gallery and the Outdoor Amphitheater/ Garden space is available for individual rental at $100.00/hr.

Discounted pricing available for non-profit 501c3 organizations


Rental Pricing Includes:

• Use of HCA’s available tables and chairs. Clients who require additional/different tables and chairs may rent with an outside vendor at their own expense.

• Bluetooth speaker

• Free Wi-Fi

• Table Linens (white or black)

• Projector / Screen

• Podium

• Microphone

• Pipe & Drape (Delbridge Family Performance Space only)


Additional Fees:

• Insurance liability fee: $100 (Waived if the Client provides documentation of liability insurance)

• Linen cleaning fee: $50


Add-Ons:

• Lotvin Family Art Gallery (in tandem with Delbridge Performance Space): $30/hr

• Outdoor Amphitheater/Gardens: $30/hr

• Baby-sitting (up to 10 minors): $30/hr

• Sound/Lighting Technician: $35/hr

• Activity Enhancements (such as team building activities, painting, performance, etc) can be requested for your meeting or celebration.

• Party Planning: HF Events (hannahforsytheevents.com) Pricing varies depending on the event.

    

Food:

In the event that a client wishes to have alcoholic beverages for their event, you must select from one of the preferred caterers. For events not involving alcohol, clients are free to use any licensed caterer/restaurant/store of their choice. Homemade food is not permitted.

Decor:

You are welcome to bring in decorations to customize the space. You may affix decorations to the walls with only damage-free products (i.e. Command strips/hooks). No confetti or glitter or candles with open flames are allowed.

Reservation/Payment:

A non-refundable 25% deposit of your rental fee is required at the time of contract signing in order to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance, plus any applicable additional fees, is due at the start of your event.
