The HCA is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to update our theater lighting and equipment. When we opened our performance space in 2015, we needed to be able to install the LED lighting instruments that our grid was designed for. Instead, we relied on donated or borrowed light instruments. The average light on our grid is over 40 years old, with many theater lights reaching their maximum lifespan.
Through a Mass Cultural Council (MCC) grant program, we can receive matching funds for every dollar we raise towards this campaign. For anyone who has enjoyed a play or concert in our theater, we ask you to consider donating to replace our decades-old lighting instruments and move to more energy-efficient and reliable LED lighting.
