First Friday Open Mic
Open Mic is a great way to put yourself and your art out there in a supportive and fun environment. Open Mic is a FREE event where performers can do one number or a short set. Originals and covers of all genres are welcome. While this is a music-centered event we also welcome spoken word artists.

About the event
Calling all singers and people who love to listen to people sing! Open Mic is an excellent way for singers and small groups to put themselves in front of a supportive and fun crowd. The HCA will provide an accompanist, so please come with sheet music in your key. Alternatively, you can sing with a track or bring your own instruments! Open Mic is FREE - donations of any amount are always welcome!
-Performers can do one piece, or do a short set. If there is a large crowd we reserve the right to ask folks to pare down to one song or put a time limit on the set to ensure everyone that wants to perform has the chance.
