Wendy Gabriel

Instructor

Wendy is a Certified Transformational Coach and founder of Soul Focus Coaching & Wellness. She helps individuals who are ready for a change find growth, empowerment, and balance. In this workshop, participants begin with a guided meditation, then creatively express their hopes and dreams. They choose to make a Vision Board, Book, or Picture—visual tools representing what they want more (or less) of in life, fostering clarity and intention for personal growth. (soulfocuscoaching.com)

Molly Myer.jpg

Molly Myers

Instructor

Molly added yoga to her fitness schedule when her years of marathon walking started to take their toll. From her first class, she knew that this practice was more than an exercise routine. Yoga became a way for her to shift her thoughts and establish a healthier connection with her mind and body. She has been a student for 12 years, and 11 years later, she is a 500RYT. Her yoga practice reflects where she feels most in balance in her life, guiding her into presence and allowing her to feel more accepting of herself, while sharing these precious moments with her students.
