Programs that occur in Fall, Winter & Spring

A refund of program fees will be offered (less a $50 cancellation fee) if requested two weeks or more prior to the program start date. No refunds will be given if the start date of the program is less than two weeks from the request to cancel.

Programs that occur in Summer

Refunds of program tuition fees will be offered (less a $50 per program cancellation fee) until May 31st of the current year. No refunds will be given if the cancellation request occurs after May 31st.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Administration Office at info@hopartscenter.org.

The HCA asks individuals and families to consider donating a portion of their fees to the HCA to help with the ongoing activities and operational support.

Switching Summer Program weeks:

A $25 switch fee will be accessed for patrons who request to switch the registration of a summer program to a different week (when space allows).

In inclement weather, the HCA will announce cancellations in two phases: First, the homepage will announce that morning classes will be canceled by early morning, and then, by noon, an announcement about afternoon and evening class cancellations will be made.

If possible, one class cancellation, due to weather, will be made up at the end of the term. Additional class cancellations due to weather will be considered acts of nature and will not be made up. Weather cancellations will not be refunded.

Parents are responsible for students' timely arrival at classes/lessons. They are required to stay with the student until the class/lesson begins and pick up the student immediately after the class/lesson ends. Please be advised that the HCA does not supervise students outside their scheduled class or program.

Please notify the HCA or instructor if the parent/guardian will be late or if the child will not attend class. Late pick-ups are charged $10 for every 15 minutes. Late fees must be paid prior to the start of the next class date.
