The HCA is committed to fostering an environment that is free of racism, discrimination, and harassment. Programs that occur in Fall, Winter & Spring
A refund of program fees will be offered (less a $50 cancellation fee) if requested two weeks or more prior to the program start date. No refunds will be given if the start date of the program is less than two weeks from the request to cancel.
Programs that occur in Summer
Refunds of program tuition fees will be offered (less a $50 per program cancellation fee) until May 31st of the current year. No refunds will be given if the cancellation request occurs after May 31st.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Administration Office at info@hopartscenter.org.
The HCA asks individuals and families to consider donating a portion of their fees to the HCA to help with the ongoing activities and operational support.
Switching Summer Program weeks:
A $25 switch fee will be accessed for patrons who request to switch the registration of a summer program to a different week (when space allows).
