Sweet Summer Flow Yoga: Help Support the HCA Dance Program

Enjoy one or both evenings of our special mid-summer flow yoga, which will serve as both a relaxing evening and a fundraiser for the HCA's expanding dance program. This program will take place in our recently opened second studio at 34 Hayden Rowe Street, where we will gather to explore postures that build strength, balance, stability, and instill relaxation. This practice will incorporate synchronization of breadth and mindful movement along with a thoughtful balance of feel-good energy and blissful tranquility. The funds raised from this program will support our growing dance department! All levels welcome.
