Writing Literature Team

Catherine Martin is a Pushcart Prize-nominated poet with work published in Pleiades, Nimrod International Journal of Prose and Poetry, Superstition Review, and others. She loves writing, reading, and workshopping with fellow writers and artists. Catherine is currently writing her first poetry manuscript. She lives in Hopkinton with her family.

Matt Perry is a writer from Holliston, Massachusetts. His work has appeared in Penumbra Literary Magazine, Turnstyle Journal of Baseball Arts, and Underscore Magazine. He is the former non-fiction editor of Soundings East and the current editor of Atlantic Northeast Magazine. When not writing, Matt enjoys gardening and fly fishing.

Brittany Forsmo is an Emerson alumna and Hopkinton native who grew up performing in HCA productions. She has continued her work throughout New England, from New Hampshire summer stock to new plays in Boston. Alongside her love of acting, Brittany is passionate about demystifying the audition process for both college programs and professional stages. She helps students understand what makes auditions feel intimidating, build confidence, and develop the skills needed for successful, authentic performances.
