Facility Rentals
HCA is a perfect venue for large gatherings and special occasions, including meetings and retreats, birthdays, showers, weddings, and more.
The Delbridge Family Performance Space features stunning wood beams, hardwood floors, and climate control. This is the largest space in the arts center, accommodating up to 150 guests for a seated event, or up to 210 with theater seating. Adjacent is the Lotvin Family Gallery—which can be rented in tandem—with a built-in bar, walls of art, rustic accents, and a granite welcome desk.
Up a flight of stairs, you'll find the Barn Loft, a second ample rental space that can accommodate up to 65 guests for a seated event, or up to 75 with mixed seating.
For smaller rentals, we also offer the HCA Farmhouse, which can host 20–25 guests in a fun, art-inspired environment with flexible configurations.

Use of HCA’s available tables and chairs. Clients who require additional/different tables and chairs may rent from an outside vendor at their own expense.

The serving of alcohol may only be provided directly through HCA.

HCA does not provide food catering services, but can provide recommendations for preferred vendors upon request. Clients may bring in food from a licensed restaurant, food delivery, or grocery store. Homemade food is not permitted.

You are welcome to bring in decorations to customize the space. You may affix decorations to the walls using only damage-free products (i.e., Command strips/hooks). No confetti or glitter is allowed. Candles with open flames are not permitted, except to be blown out on birthday cakes."
