Let's Dance

This movement class is designed for adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities and/or ASD to express themselves through their unique movement style. Each class incorporates stretching and balancing and learning new moves that travel across the floor. Inspired by various pop, folk, and rap music, students will learn how to create their dance sequences and work on memory skills by learning choreography. This fun, active, and engaging class will increase your heart rate. All are welcome, and no dance experience is necessary to participate. Let's Dance is generously sponsored by Dell Technologies.
