Listen to Your Elders Artist Reception

Join us for this free photography exhibition reception that celebrates Hopkinton elders who give back to the community. This special photography exhibition is being curated by Darlene Hayes, with the support of the Hopkinton Cultural Council.

Darlene grew up in Ashland and has lived in Hopkinton for over 30 years.  Being from and living in small towns, one thing that stands out are the people/connections. These connections are the fabric of the community, built on a tapestry of volunteerism. Many elders in our community have and continue to be givers, some may serve in volunteer elected positions and others may behind the scenes givers, they are the heart and soul sustainers of our town.  This exhibit features a few of the many elders in our community.
