Play Pint & Pie One Act Play Auditions

Enter Stage Left Theater, the Resident Theater Company of The Hopkinton Center for the Arts, is pleased to announce auditions for its third annual Play, Pint and a Pie, an evening of new one- act play shorts to be held on the evening of Saturday, August 26, 2023. This outdoor festival showcases 7 plays selected from 112 submissions from playwrights nationally and internationally, and has been the hottest ticket around for the last two Summers running. WHO: Actors ages 16 - 65  

WHEN: Auditions will occur on Monday & Tuesday June 26-27 @ 7 pm at the HCA (98 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton). If you are unable to audition in person, you must submit a video recording of your audition by June 26th. Send a shareable link of your recorded audition via email to: esltheather@hopartscenter.org   

WHAT: Actors should prepare a short monologue to perform or may be asked to read from one of the festival scripts.  

REHEARSALS: Flexible. If an actor is offered a role and accepts, each Director will work out a rehearsal schedule that accommodates vacations, work, etc. Approximately 4 total rehearsals plus tech week.
