Yoga for Better Posture & Mobility (Tues)
Start your day off right with a gentle but effective yoga class with modifications for all. We will balance out the major muscle groups in order to improve posture, mobility and overall well-being. Each session will include functional stretching and strengthening poses for the entire body.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of comfort and ease to facilitate relaxation and health ~Judith Hansen Lasater.
This gentle and Restorative Yoga class suitable for all levels will include seated stretches/poses at the beginning of each class before we move into a series of supportive poses. We'll end each session with an extended guided savasana, a pose of deep rest.

Come together to explore what you want more of in 2026. Join us for an evening of community and creativity. We will begin with a guided meditation followed by time to creatively express your hopes and dreams on paper. Choose to create a Vision Board, Book, or Picture—visual tools that represent what you’d like more of (or less of) in your life.
