Adpative Arts Program
The Adaptive Arts Department at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts is a vibrant and essential part of our mission to make the arts truly accessible to all. With a strong focus on post-22 programming, this department is dedicated to serving individuals with disabilities and neurodiversity by offering meaningful and engaging opportunities in visual art, theater, and music.
More than just classes, the department fosters a dynamic, supportive community where individuals of all abilities and their families can connect, create, and thrive. Every class and event is designed with accessibility at its core, including the option for one-to-one support and instructors who are thoughtfully trained in best practices for inclusive education. The department not only prioritizes access and support but also celebrates the talents and voices of artists with disabilities by offering them platforms to share their work with the broader community.
Through this commitment, the Adaptive Arts Department is helping transform the Hopkinton Center for the Arts into a truly inclusive cultural hub where everyone is welcomed, valued, and empowered to express themselves through the arts.
