TICKET PURCHASE

RUNAWAY WITH THE CIRCUS

"Run Away with the Circus"  $100 donation.  This additional donation allows you or a loved one to be incorporated into the show.  You will be brought on stage as part of the "act". Experience is meant for one person and includes special swag and photo op with the actors.

This season, HCA and Metrowest YMCA invite you to experience the Carnival in Deadwoodville. The circus was passing through Deadwoodville and decided to stay for a forte night!  Come play with us if you dare!

LOCATION: 

YMCA Outdoor Center at 45 East Street, Hopkinton, MA.

DATES AND TIMES:

Friday and Saturday, 10/17, 10/18, 10/24, and 10/25, at 6, 7, 8, and 9 p.m., with rain dates Sunday, 10/19 & 10/26  at 5, 6, 7, and 8 p.m.

Not-So-Spooky Haunt, Sunday, 10/19 and 10/26 at 1, 2, 3 p.m.

Timed entry for each group is at the top of the hour. Please plan to arrive at the site 10 to 15 minutes before your show time. Once the circus experience begins, it will last approximately 50 minutes. Please wear appropriate footwear and dress for being outdoors in the woods. 

​

AGES: 
The Friday and Saturday night shows are recommended for audiences 10 years and above, at the discretion of the parent/guardian. The Sunday afternoon show is suitable for all ages. 

​

THIS IS A FUNDRAISER. Proceeds raised from ticket sales to this event will support HOPKINTON CENTER FOR THE ARTS (HCA) and MetroWest YMCA. Thank you for your support!

​

There will be no refunds provided, except if HCA/Metrowest YMCA announces a cancellation. It may be possible to switch your tickets to a different evening/time slot, but you will need to send your request via email. We will make every attempt to accommodate changes. Walk-in guests who accompany you without having reserved a ticket may be turned away if all time slots are sold out. Please note that HCA and/or YMCA Member discounts do not apply to fundraising events.

PARTY PACKAGE

Birthday/Halloween Party Package $550.  Includes 12 tickets to the show and an area to host your party for one hour before or after the show.  Additionally, it features a "runaway with the circus experience" for one person.  You provide food, cake, and party decorations. Additional tickets are available to purchase for $35 for Friday or Saturday night parties and $25 for Sunday parties.  If you are interested in a party package, please email info@hopartscenter.org

Imagine strolling beneath tattered big-top tents, where ghostly jugglers toss flaming skulls and skeletal acrobats soar through the fog. The air is thick with the scent of sour candied apples… and something far more mysterious. Every booth, game, and shadowed corner hums with anticipation as the living and the departed prepare for a union that defies the grave.

So grab your ticket to the greatest show of the undead world.  Revel in the whimsical, the eerie, and the bizarre while joining a community that celebrates the extraordinary.
